We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join us as a part-time Merchandiser (20.00/hour). This role involves working with our retail chain partners in Courtney and Campbell River to manage product placement, watering, maintenance, and merchandising tasks.
Job Description: - Maintain live nursery products
- Inventory reporting
- Work independently in a retail environment
Responsibilities: - Represent Van Belle Finished Plants at each retail location
- Maintain live nursery products
- Clean and face shelf product
- Move product and place it correctly
- Submit inventory reports online
- Report to your territory manager
Requirements: - Friendly and positive attitude
- Lift up to 25 lbs minimum
- Travel between multiple locations
- Able to work independently and solve problems
- Adaptable schedule
- Smart phone for daily communication
This is a casual position with a flexible schedule. It's ideal for someone looking for part-time work. The expected hours are 4-5 per week.
No prior experience is required, but basic plant knowledge or gardening experience is a plus.
