Position: Teacher and Professor Recruiter

Location: Miami or Chicago


Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 100-120K Annually


Must Have 4 years of experience recruiting teachers, professors or other educators.


Job Description: As a Teacher and Professor Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and placing qualified educators for various teaching roles. You will work closely with educational institutions to understand their staffing needs and source candidates who align with their values and teaching objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions (K-12 schools, colleges, and universities) to understand staffing needs and ensure we provide the right candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview prospective teachers and professors for various subject areas and academic disciplines.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Coordinate and conduct recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract qualified educators.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet short- and long-term hiring goals.
  • Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and other necessary steps to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to support onboarding and training for new hires.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in the education recruitment industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of educational requirements, certifications, and qualifications for teachers and professors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms.
