Boutique Criminal Defense Law Firm in Chicago seeking 1-2 Associates to join their team

Details:

• Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 base salary plus discretionary bonuses
• Practice Area Focus: Criminal Defense (mainly Federal cases that are very complex)
• Onsite schedule in downtown Chicago (potentially open to Hybrid candidates)

• Flexible PTO: no set policy (take the time off as you need as long as work gets done)

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois
• Can be a recent law school graduate but must have Criminal Federal Law experience from at least an internship. Candidates with 2+ years of exeperience in a Criminal Defense law firm preferred.
• Strong writing and research skills (must be able to provide strong writing samples)
• Looking for a hard-worker who wants to succeed, not just someone to clock in and clock out every day
