Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights, build predictive models, and support
data-driven decision-making across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Modular Content Tagging Framework
- Enhance current taxonomy to modular components to improve contextual relevance, enrich data capture and predictive algorithms and support operational processes for assembly
- Act as SME to collaborate with the digital strategy and IT teams defining alternative approaches, leverage medical/legal to enhance content attributes, recommend additional tags using data driven methods to inform personalization
- Act as SME to assist operationalizing tagging approach including tagging creation, tagging assignment, tag management and guidelines
- Assist with testing, user feedback, rollout planning and training
- Act as CTAP SME to recommend content analytics to support value realization, i.e.content equity, content reusability, etc.
GenAI - Develop a structured framework to systematically explore and evaluate the
applicability
- Define use cases for solving content creation and content tagging using GenAI
- Develop taxonomic content categories to structure the input for a GenAI system/framework (i.e. assistance, cooperative, augmentative, etc.)
- Develop protocol and/or workflow where user leverages or interacts with the GenAI content generation system to achieve shared goal of content development and tagging
Oncology Enhancement and Data Enrichment
- Provide leadership as a tagging SME to support taxonomy alignment, enrichment and agility for personalization, NBE enrichment and profile integration
- Collaborate across business and development teams to support tagging requests, enhancements and contextual data capture/interpretation
Compensation Range: $115-125k
The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
