• Dates of coverage needed: ASAP (quick credentialing) to July 5
• Schedule : Monday Friday; 7a-4p
• Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
• Experience : 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
• License and certification: Board Certified, CA State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification
