Schedule: Monday - Friday 730 am - 400 pm

Requirements:
Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active OH License - REQUIRED
BLS - REQUIRED
Covid Vaccination - REQUIRED

Rates:
$1600 24 hr call with 8 hrs Gratis
$250 Regular rate
$300 Overtime Rate
