- Urgent Care / Same Day Clinic
- Need 2 weeks per month coverage in Urgent Care type clinic
- Worksite Setting: Free standing clinic
REQUIREMENTS:
- Any Active unrestricted license,
- DEA
- Proof of vaccination .
- Name Clear/Submission Process and Turnaround time: Has been about 1 week
