Opened in the Spring of 2020, The Lakes of Clermont Health & Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located in the southern half of Lake County. We are an 80-bed, fast-paced, skilled nursing community full of dedicated and compassionate caregivers, and we are looking for additional team members to work with our at-risk patient population.
Our community has an opportunity for a Floor Tech. The responsibilities of the floor tech include maintaining the floor care of the facility including resident rooms, performing stripping, waxing, buffing, and overall floor care under the supervision of the Housekeeping or designated supervisor, and maintaining the environment of the facility to create a positive physical environment for the residents.

Qualifications:

• Experience in waxing, stripping, buffing, and all-over floor care.
• Able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with others.
• We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment.
