We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of family law cases. The successful candidate will be primarily focused on divorce cases, child custody, child support, and spousal support matters. This role requires a deep understanding of family law and the ability to handle complex cases with sensitivity and professionalism.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Leading all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support matters.
  • Conducting case analysis and developing case strategies.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Providing legal advice to clients and guiding them through the legal process.
  • Staying updated with changes in family law and informing clients of these changes.
  • Working collaboratively with our legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications:
  • A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in family law, with a focus on divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support cases.
  • Active membership in the state bar.
  • A strong understanding of family law and court procedures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients facing emotional distress.
  • The ability to handle high caseloads and manage multiple priorities.
  • A high level of discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
