Responsibilities include:nnOversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patientnnMonitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplinesnnEnsure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician ordersnnReview of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visitsnnInform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care SupervisornnRequired Certifications and Licensures:nnBLS (Basic Life Support)nnRN (Registered Nurse) LicensennDriver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)nnEducation:nnRequired Associate's or Diploma NursingnnPreferred Bachelor's NursingnnExperience:nnRequired 1 year Registered Nurse or 1 year Licensed Practical NursennPreferred 1 year Home CarennWhy join BayCare HomeCare?
