Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $27.74 - $45.46, based on experience.
• Evening differential: $2.50/hr.
• Night differential: $3.00/hr.
• Weekend differential: $3.00/hr.
• Sign-On Bonus distributed over one year.

About the Role:

As part of our Surgical Unit, you will work in a fast-paced environment caring for patients with surgical and nonsurgical conditions. You will engage in comprehensive nursing practices, from assessment to implementation and evaluation, while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to provide compassionate and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Perform patient assessments and analyze assessment data.
• Establish care goals and develop effective care strategies.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care interventions.
• Delegate tasks safely while providing direct and indirect nursing care.
• Utilize advanced nursing skills and knowledge in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Required: Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN). Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Preferred: Prior experience in the healthcare field.
• Must hold a current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active Multistate RN license.
• BLS certification required; training must be completed during orientation and maintained throughout employment.
