Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, aligning with the personalized care plan and physician orders.
• Observe patient behaviors, including monitoring vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients to support their recovery.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in a medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
