Workload will be determined by the clinic's appointment schedule, clinic staffing levels, and the needs and priorities of the outpatient clinics. Must be willing to be reassigned within clinic or willing to float to another clinic. Assignment to another clinic is possible and is established by the daily review of overall appointment schedules and staffing needs. The Clinic RN will be assigned up to 40 hours per week according to the needs of the clinic and staff. Some weekend work may be required. The Clinic RN is expected to function within the scope of approved policies, procedures, and regulations for the clinic and organization. Will be responsible to assist with orientation and preceptorship of nursing, technical, and clerical personnel assigned to clinic. Must be able to work and relate in a professional, non-defensive manner with peers, physicians, administration, patients, and visitors. Will be responsible to document total clinic patient care given, review and maintain patient chart per clinic policy, and assist with accurate and timely entry of patient data, orders, and charges into computer system. Attendance to yearly mandatory education requirements is nonnegotiable and will be the responsibility of the employee to arrange and attend sessions. ::: ::: :::nn::: :::
