We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate RNs / LPNs to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents in our long-term care facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.

Primary Responsibilities:
n
n- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
n- Monitor resident health and vital signs, reporting any changes to the appropriate medical staff
n- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
n- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
n- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation
n- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
n- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

Minimum Qualifications:
n
n- Valid LPN/RN license in the state of Oklahoma
n- CPR certification
n- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
