Job Description: Our client is seeking a Medical Director to lead the medical operations at their clinic. This role focuses on ensuring the highest standard of care for patients while fostering a collaborative and positive environment for the team. The Medical Director will act as a mentor, provide leadership, and manage clinic operations alongside the Clinic Manager. In addition to leadership duties, the Medical Director will also provide hands-on veterinary care as an Associate Veterinarian.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered veterinary care is delivered by all team members.
• Mentor and guide Associate Veterinarians through coaching, feedback, and regular case discussions.
• Address team performance issues to maintain a high-performing, cohesive team.
• Conduct regular meetings with the veterinary team to foster a positive clinic culture.
• Partner with the Clinic Manager to manage client experiences and handle complaints.
