The Opportunity: Professional nursing work involving the delivery and supervision of resident care on an assigned nursing unit(s) in a skilled nursing home facility under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Manager. The employee performs the full scope of professional nursing functions within the parameters of professional licensure and standards of practice.
We have full time and part time shifts available. Starting pay up to $30.25 per hour, which includes shift differential Night shifts.

What You’ll Do: - Supervises, directs and assists employees with direct resident care and provides direct resident care in a timely manner.
- Sets priorities and delegates tasks to nursing personnel.
- Makes accurate and ongoing assessment of patient's/resident's status and responds appropriately.
- Collaborates with other nurses and care/treatment team members to ensure patient's/resident's wellbeing. Performs direct patient care using established procedures, policies, and standards.
- Demonstrates necessary ability to handle emergency situations in a prompt, precise and professional manner.
- Promotes Person Centered Service in all interactions with patients and clients.
What You Bring: - Associate degree in Practical Nursing earned from an accredited college.
- Current Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Current BLS (CPR) Certification
- Effective communication, documentation and organization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including attention to detail, compassion, listening, empathy, patience, cooperation, and dependability
- Ability to lift, transport, and support residents
- Exceptional attendance

- Full-time and part-time positions open. Shifts are 6:00am-2:30pm, 2:00pm – 10:30pm or 10pm-6:30am
