Sr. Marketing Analyst Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Hybrid - Kohler, WI
Opportunity The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive and detailed support in the development and execution of marketing initiatives with our National Account Management Team and distributor customers. This would involve conducting detailed marketing analysis and persuasively making recommendations based on data and results for the Kitchen & Bath North Americas business and our distributor customers.

- Specific Responsibilities
- Support National Account Team in the day-to-day management and strategic planning for their business, sales regions, and channel responsibilities (Showrooms, Residential Trade, eCommerce, Facilities Supply, Commercial).
- Provide expert business and marketing analysis in all phases of marketing processes by providing reports and recommendations that capture a clear picture of the objective, key results, effectiveness of promotions/programs, ROI, and other KPI's. Identify emerging trends and provide insights about the drivers of performance.
- Work in partnership with the Performance Marketing team to support "test & learn" campaigns, execution, and measurement.
- Partner with our distributor customers, KBNA Marketing, and Category Strategy to plan and execute against our marketing plans; ensure content and assets are delivered on time to drive performance.
- Responsible for the content creation and presentation development of Sales Tools to support products, communication, and business impact - both internal and customer-facing.
- Support the New Product Development and Launch Process for all KBNA products for our distributor customers, ensuring an effective go to market launch to drive awareness and vitality.
- Recommend revision to existing or new processes and programs. Utilize direct feedback from customers, Sales, Marketing, etc. to assist in justification.
- Develop and manage regular internal and external communication plans to drive awareness, impact, and focus on key initiatives and driving profitable growth with distributor customers.
- Maintain continuous awareness of competitive products, pricing, performance, and market share including trends in product design for the purpose of recommending modifications, market potential, etc.
- May have secondary responsibility for a channel/customer type.
- Support the completion of responsibilities and tasks for the KBNA Professional Channel Marketing Team as they arise.
- Support the management of the Marketing budget, accountable for ensuring budget commitments are met.
- Demonstrate appropriate level of competency in the following areas: Drive Continuous Improvement, Set High Standards of Performance, Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, Business Acumen, Management of Self, Focus on the End Customer, and Build Trust.
Skills/Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience preferred, with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results is required.
- Will also consider internship or co-op experience.
- Must possess a keen analytical mind, be strong on planning, detail, and accuracy, and be a demonstrably creative thinker.
- Must possess substantial skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management and with outside contacts.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to clearly articulate data-based recommendations.
- Travel - Minimal travel required (approx 10% or less annually).

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $76,050 - $96,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
