WEBSITE Responsibilities Do you enjoy providing patients with care that enhances their quality of life as an LPN? Some duties include:
- Utilize the Medication Administration Record to administer medications and treatments to patients
- Document medication administration and manage controlled substance counts during shift
- Complete patient assessments and provide patient monitoring as indicated.
- Document in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the treatment team
- Follow policies and procedures while providing care
Qualifications Qualifications:
- Registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Utah.
- You must successfully pass a criminal history check.
