The palliative pharmacist will provide appropriate information of cost effective drugs used to ease pain and take care of chronic ailments of the palliative population that they serve. This position will report up to the Outpatient / Hospice Pharmacy Manager, and will work alongside other pharmacists and pharmacy techs to ensure expedient care and patient satisfaction. They will also assist in Adverse Drug Reaction and Medication Error reporting and contribute ideas for prevention of further incidents, if they should arise.
