• Orientation: Jan 21, 7:30am-5:pm (negotiable)
• Wednesday Jan 22 (7:30am) - Jan 28(7:30am)
• Call only

Clinical Details

• Inpatient rounding
• Inpatient/ER call
• Surgical time scheduled in AM. Office scheduled PM
• Rounding and oversight of post ops in ICU
• Aprox 2-5 pts admitted at one time
• Level III Trauma Center
• 100% Adults
• Number of beds: 220, Operating rooms: 12, ER beds: 26

Requirements

• Active IN State License or IMLC
• Active DEA - Preferred
• Board Certified
• Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): More than 2 years
• Flu vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
• Covid vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
• Certifications: BLS-AHA issued
• Clean Background
• TAVR experience mandatory
• Required Scope of Practice or Procedures: Aneurysm, thoracic vascular, repair of, Chest wall debridement/rewiring sternum, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), Coronary atherosclerosis , operations for (primary/reoperation ), Pericardial surgery, Pericardium, catheter drainage of, Sternotomy, re -do

• 2 NPs, Locums required to supervise
