VeloSource has an Interventional Radiology Opportunity in Bismarck, ND.

• Shift Type: Days
• Shift Description: The coverage is an 8 hour day, generally anywhere between 8a-4p with evening call 4p-8a, and 24 hour call on the weekends.
• Summary: IR general (stroke capabilities are preferred but not required).
• Required Procedures: Current list of procedures that our IR team performs:

1. • Diagnostic vascular intervention
2. Angiography - venous and arterial
3. • Therapeutic vascular intervention
4. Angioplasty - venous and arterial
5. Stenting (venous and arterial)
6. Thrombolytic therapy
7. Emobolization therapy
8. • Interventional (body, non-neuro)
9. • Vascular access devices/PICCS
10. • Central lines
11. • Port a cath insertions
12. • IVC Filters
13. • TIPS
14. • Aspiration/drainage procedures
15. • Percutaneous Needle Biopsies (Above & Below diaphragm, and Bone)
16. • Extractions (Biliary & Renal)
17. • Abscess drainage
18. • Thoracentesis
19. • Paracentesis
20. • Myelopgraphy
21. • Pain management procedures
22. • Perc. Transhepatic Choleangiogram
23. • Blood patch
24. • Joint/epidural injections
25. • Vertebroplasty
26. • Arthrograms
27. • Chest tube insertion
28. • Uterine artery embolization
29. • Liver Y90/Tace
30. • Gastrostomy tube insertion
31. • Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion
32. • Renal fistulograms,
33. • Cryoablation

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• State License - ND License is preferred - IMLC is okay.
• Residency Requirements/Fellowship - REQUIRED
• ACLS - REQUIRED
