Details/Requirements:
Dates Needed: 1/6-1/10, 1/13-10/17, 2/3-2/7, 2/10-2/14, 3/3-3/7, 3/17-3/21, 3/31-4/4, 4/7-4/11, 4/28-5/2, 5/5-5/9, 5/12-5/16.
8am-4:30pm.
1-3 consults per day with 4-6 follow-up patients.
SBRT, IMRT, SRS.
Varian TrueBeam and Trilogy so they treat 20 patients per machine and have 4 CT simulation spots per day.
EPIC + ARIA EMR.
Possibility of needing weeknight call on the confirmed weeks if call needs to be covered.
Support on Staff: Med Oncologists, Rad Onc, APP.
Active Michigan license or IMLC.
Creds take 45-60 day, but may offer temps.
