Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Neurologist with an MD or DO degree, fellowship-trained in movement disorders, to join our dynamic and expanding clinical and academic neurology practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician who thrives in a collaborative environment focused on quality care, innovation, and teaching.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- 1 or 2-year Fellowship in Movement Disorders required
- Eligible to obtain an active medical license in the State of West Virginia
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology, within five years of completing residency
- Current DEA license
- ACLS and BLS certifications
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient-focused practice, with no inpatient responsibilities unless desired
- Focus on treatment through pharmacology, surgical, and non-surgical methods
- If surgery is required, a list of referral options is available
- No call responsibilities
- Option to include general neurology in outpatient practice if preferred
- Engage in a strong teaching environment with our neurology residency program
