Job Description
This role is focused on providing exceptional care to cats and dogs.
Responsibilities

• Maintain kennels and facility areas
• Ensure the facility is organized, sanitized, and free of odors
• Feed cats and dogs on schedule
• Ensure animals have access to clean water
• Use provided pet toys to play and socialize with animals
• Bathe and groom animals
• Prepare pet food for scheduled feedings
• Weigh leftover food and dispose of it accordingly
• Maintain documentation on dogs and cats and update this information accordingly
• Maintain a supportive and collaborative environment
• Provide exceptional animal care

Essential Skills

• Experience around large groups of animals is preferred
• Demonstrated experience with a job involving standing and cleaning duties
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required
• 6 months or more years of animal care experience in a veterinary environment, kennel, or shelter is strongly preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50
