My client is a leading CRO (Clinical Research Organization) with a range of consulting Services and eClincial offerings that support both Pharmaceutical and Biotech clients.
They are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team focused on client care and support after the sales process. As a customer success manager, you will be responsible for the project delivery and after-care/account manager of the clients whilst supporting sales with lead generation and overall account management.
The successful candidate will have experience in a Customer Success role within the Life Sciences space and will be an individual contributor with experience of supporting Pharmaceutical and Biotech clients.
