The Village Pub is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to Join their Team!

Our restaurant takes pride in using locally sourced ingredients in our seasonally inspired menus. Our produce is specially grown at our private farm, and artisan breads and pastries are created next door at our bakery.

Responsibilities include:

Contributing to weekly prix fixe lunch menus, and creative collaboration with Chef de Cuisine.

Maintaining quality and consistency of the food coming off the line.

Ensuring that the kitchen follows health, labor, safety, and sanitation standards.

Has working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating kitchen staff.
