Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Victor, United States. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

• Perform general cleaning duties in resident apartments, hallways, and common areas
• Prepare empty apartments for new resident move-ins
• Respond promptly to resident and guest needs and requests
• Assist in addressing resident emergencies when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow proper safety protocols and use cleaning products appropriately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are properly maintained
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Uphold a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with residents, visitors, and co-workers
• $16- $17 / hr

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in various situations
• Positive and friendly attitude towards residents and co-workers
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Effective time management skills
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training

Note: This position may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. The ability to handle these physical demands is essential for success in this role.
