Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor health status, and educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration).
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
