Monroe Health Center is seeking an exceptional, caring Pediatric Physician who has a real passion for providing exemplary medical care to pediatric patients. This position is at our Monroe Health Center Union location in Union, West Virginia.
We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Pediatrician to join our organization. The candidate must be kind, empathetic, and full of energy, as well as have a track record of providing exemplary medical care. The Pediatrician must also be a team player who manages a full caseload of patients and serves as a community leader in providing health and wellness information. Our Federally Qualified Health Center is a "family" atmosphere with a passionate team of employees who work hard to help the community. We provide a high level of care to our patients for all their healthcare needs. Our exceptional staff members support one another, they care about what they are doing and who they work with. Currently, our team is in need of a dedicated Pediatrician, and to be successful we have identified the following traits that we feel will lead to a successful candidate.
A successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, professional communication and presentation skills, provide an environment in which pediatric patients as well as parents/care givers feel comfortable and supported. The successful candidate will work hand in hand with other clinical staff members, medical support staff and administrative staff.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Licensed to practice in the state of West Virginia or ability to obtain license in WV
• Board Certified
• Current ACLS, PALS and BLS Certifications
• Good interpersonal skills and communication
• Computer skills with Electronic Medical Records
• Compassionate and caring of patients

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Great benefit package included, health insurance, retirement, PTO, CME funds, paid holidays, FTCA Malpractice insurance, No Weekends.
