Will communicate medical information to external healthcare providers, parents, and agencies as required.nnMaintain students’ hard-copy, electronic medical/treatment records, and Devereux approved reporting systems in accordance with established procedures; and, safeguard the security of protected health information in accordance with Glenholme procedures, and internal and external policies. All file maintenance, medical reports, and data entry must be performed in a timely and accurate manner.nnParticipate in the initial and on-going training of Glenholme employees, in areas to include, but not limited to, emergency procedures, and the use of prescribed medical equipment.nnCoordinate external medical and dental appointments; and, provide or arrange for students’ transportation to same.nnMaintain cleanliness and security of the treatment and medical department environment in accordance with established infection control procedures.nnOn-call rotations as needed and scheduled.nnDevereux is committed to the health and safety of our staff.
