We are actively looking for a proficient and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the nursing team of our esteemed client. The LPN will assume a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively within a diverse team of medical professionals, and ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients. Pay Range: $25 - $31.86 / hr
Schedule: Day and night shift available
Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and within the scope of LPN practice.
• Monitor patient vital signs, record observations, and report any significant changes to the nursing team.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license in NY
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.
