Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an LPN Team Lead.nnPosition type: Full-time - Contract to Hire (In addition this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $8,000)nLocation: Binghamton, NYnJob/ Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4:30pmnnAs an LPN Team Lead you will be required to have:nnProvides services to meet the different needs of clients through coordination with the medical team.nSupervises medical and day to day operations of substance use disorders/mental health services.nEnforces adherence to state board of nursing and state nurse practice act requirements and to other governing agency regulations.nMaintains nursing staff by interviewing, training, supervising, orienting, and training nurses.nPromotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals, teaching and counseling patients and their families individually and/or in groups and reinforcing their understanding of disease, medications, and self-care skills.nProtects patients and employees by developing and interpreting infection-control policies and protocols, enforcing medication administration, storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.nPerforms Quality Assurance activities.nProvides services according to agency policies, procedures, program guidelines, and governmental regulations.nMonitors provision of services when assigned.nAssures program record documentation compliance with agency and regulatory standards.nnThe ideal candidate must have:nnMust be a valid and active LPN, licensed with NYS.nOne to three years of clinical experience appropriate to program preferred.nMinimum three years clinical experience in an appropriate program setting.nAn equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for educational requirements.nMust possess a valid NYS Driver's License.nExcellent communication skills.nnQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
