The Henry Ford Health System’s Lifestyle, Integrative, Functional Medicine Department is seeking a board-certified Functional Medicine Physician with board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.nnWe are seeking a responsible, caring, innovative and motivated Physician (DO/MD) who is passionate about learning and committed to advancing our clinical practice. This role requires Functional Medicine work experience, minimum of 3 years, and skills and knowledge in developing a comprehensive approach to understanding and addressing the underlying causes of patient health concerns and disease prevention. Although not required upon application, completing the Lifestyle Medicine Certification through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, is an expectation within 2 years of hire. This role requires mentoring and supporting residents and medical students that rotate through our department.
