Are you a passionate Nurse Practitioner with experience in clinical assessments and training? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to support the Independent Practitioner Panel (IPP) and lead new clinicians in delivering top-quality care to individuals in need of community-based long-term care services.nnLocation: Rochester, New YorknnJob Type: PRN, must work a minimum of 12 hours per week during company operating business hours.nnBusiness Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-7:00PMnnSaturday 10:00AM-6:00PMnnSunday 10:00AM-6:00PMnnWork Environment: This position is a hybrid-remote role. You will be traveling to members homes to complete the assessment and working in home setting for any closing completion of paperwork. There is no patient contact only interview.nnSalary: $80.00-$90.00/hr.
