Join Our Team as a Class A CDL Driver!

Are you ready to take your driving career to the next level with a leading company in the foodservice industry? We are seeking dedicated and reliable Class A CDL Drivers to become part of our exceptional team!

Location: St Louis, MO

Compensation based on experience ranging from $26.75 to $29.75 per hour.

In addition to a competitive salary, our drivers also enjoy overtime compensation and performance-based incentives.

Work Schedule:

• 5-day work week, Monday through Saturday
• Shifts start between 3am-5am, concluding upon the completion of routes
• Expect to work 45+ hours per week
• Some travel may be required for domiciling purposes

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely transport products to customer locations while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
• Unload products using equipment including two-wheelers and pallet jacks or by hand, placing them in designated storage areas.
• Verify the accuracy of deliveries with customers and obtain their signatures.
• Handle any collections and payments from customers as necessary.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance client relationships.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly throughout each shift.
• Comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions, with frequently scheduled stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

• Create an account in the FMCSA Clearinghouse (required).
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess a valid CDL Class A license with required endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• At least six months of commercial driving experience (any field) OR three months in food/beverage delivery.
• Manual transmission operation skills preferred.
• Must be proficient in English, capable of effective communication, understanding traffic signs, and entering report information.
