Job Description SummarynnAs Senior Analyst, Commercial Integration and Pricing you will be responsible for supporting BD’s UCC sales organization to provide business decision support to achieve strategic sales objectives. This involves taking a lead role in gathering, understanding, and analyzing market intelligence data to broaden market insights and analytics. Responsible for developing, quantifying, and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence to support the strategic objectives of the sales organization and to drive operational excellence. Additionally, this role will perform other analytics to support pricing strategy, customer insights, along with developing metrics and reports to support sales goals. This includes data mining, quantifying, reconciling, evaluating, and transforming internal and external information into business intelligence. Become a maker of possible with us.nnPrimary Responsibilities:nnProvide business decision support through market and sales analytics in support of overall pricing strategy and offer customer/market insights that drive sales growth.nnBuild solutions to combine multiple sources of data accurately to enhance sales and market intelligence.nnWork closely with sales and internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and to build new capabilities. Includes performing data validation, combining multiple complex data sets, and knowledge of end user dashboards to ensure data accuracy and usability.nnResponsible for the management, continual customization and development of dashboards, reports, forms, templates, and models utilizing varying technologies (Power BI, Excel, etc.) in support of the business.nnLead financial proposal modeling, supporting RFP activities and/or other sales initiatives, partnering with sales, marketing, and Business Metrics/Analytics teams.nnProvide monthly reporting and track sales performance and sales funnel management as needed.nnCollaborate with the US Region Contract Compliance team to measure, monitor, and track contract compliance and take proactive actions to improve contract compliance to maximize share and price.nnCollaborate with the US Region CCO organization on implementing and providing support to maintain contracting and pricing integrity. Includes as-needed assistance with the CCO Chargeback team as well.nnAd hoc requests as needed.nnAbout You:nnMinimum BS/BA required; MBA preferred.nnMinimum 3 years of business analytics, decision support, or financial modeling experience with proven success.nnExperience with statistical or data basing techniques, and interpreting contractual agreements/proposal language.nnPower BI and SalesForce.com experience is an asset.nnWork remotely with the ability to travel up to 30%.nnStrong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.nnAbility to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, with minimal guidance provided is required.nnProcess oriented, proactive and customer focused.nnExcellent communication and people skills.nnSalary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility.
