Position Summary:

As an LPN or RN, you will be responsible for delivering direct nursing care to our residents and providing health-related consultation within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Nursing Assistants to maintain high-quality care.
• Manage the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
• Inform healthcare professionals of changes in resident conditions.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and comply with policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Licenses/Certifications: Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in the practicing state
• Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience
• Skills: Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy in patient care.
