Requirements to Join Our Team

We seek dedicated nurses with a minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an RN in the MedSurg specialty.

Your Role as a MedSurg RN

As a MedSurg RN, you will deliver compassionate bedside care to diverse patients and conduct thorough assessments to develop tailored plans of care. You will also prepare equipment and assist physicians during patient examinations and treatments. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Administering, preparing, and documenting prescribed medications.
• Taking initiative to provide alternative actions in response to adverse symptomology.
• Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and initiating IVs as needed.
