Employee Relations Senior AdvisornnThe Employee Relations Senior Advisor is responsible for employee relations services across the various VF businesses. Following established processes but working independently, you will be responsible for managing HR areas for select functions within ER including internal allegations, claims and employee relations investigations, as well as performance management, training and development, leave management and compliance with state and federal requirements.nnKey Responsibilities:nnConduct internal investigations on workplace situations, including legal and compliance review and prepares all required documentation with a focus on issue resolution within assigned region/area.nnPartner with managers on the development of performance management and implementation of coaching documents including performance improvement plans.nnProvide employees with support and guidance to address their concerns in areas including teamwork, communication, and leadership among others.nnSupport managers with associate development by providing guidance on coaching, counseling, and performance management.nnMaintain accurate and timely documentation regarding all cases in designated tools.nnPartner with Client Group HRBP’s to align follow up actions involving associates, managers, and/or teams.nnManages requests for other employee relations processes, including off-boarding, exit interviews, LOA/ADA escalated requests, escalated unemployment claims, and other processes as assigned.nnAssists with drafting, updating and maintaining VF policies and provides coaching and performance recommendations in alignment with them.nnSkills for Success:nnBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related fields preferrednnThree to five years of corporate and retail ER or HR experience preferrednnAbility to maintain positive relationships to support employees, managers, and HRBP clients both in person and remotelynnStrong Business Writing SkillsnnProficient PC skills (Excel, Word, Reporting, etc.)nnOccasional Travel up to 15%nnHiring Range:nnBenefits at VF Corporation: You can review a general overview of each benefit program offered, including this year's medical plan rates on and by clicking Looking to Join VF?
