Perform services under the guidance of a collaborating physician if indicatednnReport any clinical deficiencies to the chief medical officernnMaintain a proper and accurate medical record, complying with all local, state and federal requirementsnnAdhere to all medical staff by-laws, administrative and personnel policies and proceduresnnParticipate with in-service workshops, continuing education, quality improvement and peer reviewnnComplete encounter forms in a timely manner, indicating services rendered and to code appropriatelynnParticipate with the quality assurance team in development of goals and objectives for the Health Care Plan, and various audits to monitor that these goals and objectives are being carried outnnParticipate in rotation of evening, weekend and on call schedulesnnInterpret the role of the Nurse Practitioner to the communitynnWork closely with the Chief Medical Officer and medical staff in improving efficiency and productivitynnMaintain membership in professional organization(s) to develop knowledge and resources through networking, continuing education, and participation in national, regional, and/or local activitiesnnOther duties and responsibilities as may be requested by the Chief Medical Officer and/or AdministrationnnAssist with and promote all processes associated with the Coleman initiativennPromoting Patient Centered Medical Home initiativesnnRequirementsnnKnowledge/ Education Requirements:nnA.
