( Staff Psychiatrist functions as a leader of the interdisciplinary treatment team in a child and adolescent psychiatric hospital. Said leadership is affected through the supervision and direction of the team’s professional assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, treatment, discharge planning, performance improvement and clinical programming activities.
