A typical day involves providing direct patient care, developing individualized care plans, and effectively implementing these plans. You play a major role on the healthcare team in delivering exceptional daily care, helping to enhance the quality of life for every resident. Attentively, you document patient information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant standards.
n
You float throughout the unit and jump in to assist wherever you are needed. If any falls or injuries occur, you promptly complete an incident report and take steps to prevent further issues. Every day brings something different, and you are ready to do whatever it takes to help improve the physical, mental, and emotional health of our residents!

ABOUT US
n
Since our early beginnings in the village of Dommartin-sous-Amance, France, our religious community has existed to serve the needs of the poor and neglected. In the spirit of our founders, we respond to the changing needs of our day through a diversity of ministries. We build on a long history as educators, pastoral ministers, healthcare practitioners, and social service providers to continue the life-giving message of Jesus. As we do, we join with other religious women around the world to create a peaceful world, bring justice for all people, and promote care for our earth.
n
In that same spirit, we strive to serve those who work with us. The word HEART summarizes our core values and reflects our desire to create an atmosphere of Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect, and Teamwork . We also offer generous benefits to show our employees that we value them and their efforts .
