Tuesday - Thursday in office; Monday/Friday remote. You'll have the option to work the second half of your shift remotely on days you're in office.nnResponsibilities:nnThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:nnExplore the complexities of Customs processes and engage with international trade regulationsnnManage the receipt, review, and input/transmission of documentation for United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) releasennEnsure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and maintainproper documentation for shipmentsnnShowcaseproficiency in customs brokerage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practicesnnMaintain accurate databases for Customer SOPs and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS)nnOversee customer invoicing and contribute to accounts receivable/payable activitiesnnHonor customer-specific SOPs for a personalized approach, while upholding high operational standards to ensure exceptional performance and customer servicennCommunicate effectively with Customers, C.H. Robinson offices, Agents, and Outside VendorsnnCultivate positive working relationships within the team and efficiently utilize C.H.
