Responsibilities
n
As a Human Resources Intern, you will provide support related to various Human Resource functions.
n
n - Assist with HR/Benefits tasks, as assigned
n - File and organize the Investigative Files
n - Print and distribute Orientation and Employee Handbook booklets, as requested
n - Send “Return to Sender” mail to employees via truck mail, as needed
n - Assist with HR calls and emails
n - Document process and procedures of job functions
n - Assist members of the Employee Relations Department with various responsibilities including running and auditing reports, organization, meeting preparation, announcements, etc.
n - Work on special projects, as needed
n - Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes

Qualifications
n
n - Enrolled in an accredited College/University
n - Skillful in Microsoft Office Programs
n - Has excellent attention to detail
n - Exceptional communication and customer service skills
n - Ability to work 20-25 hours during the school year
