Get started! Division Information PACCAR Leasing, a PACCAR division, was founded in 1980 to provide premium Kenworth and Peterbilt vehicles to leasing and rental customers. Requisition Summary This position performs a variety of functions in the processing and administration of lease and loan documentation, averaging 200 transactions per month. The Contract Administrator is the rst point of contact for our customers and is required to provide exemplary customer service. Constant and consistent follow-up with the customer is a key to success in closing the documentation package and resolving outstanding matters. The chosen candidate will report to the Contract Administration Manager. Job Functions / Responsibilities This dynamic role is part of our growing Contract Administration Team. Job functions will be assigned to focus on lease and loan funding activities, or other departmental tasks depending on business need. Contract Administrator job functions are as follows: * Develops strong working relationships with customers. * Processes lease and loan documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinates closely with customers to obtain missing documentation. Works with the Lease Pricing Manager on rate calculations and requests. * Ensures appropriate approvals are documented in the lease and loan package. * Sets up and maintains contract information in the lease and loan system. Generates and distributes internal reports. * Researches and resolves customer issues. Maintains organized physical and digital records. * Completes contract extensions, refi's, and transfer requests. * Processes order requests and submits new truck orders, and/or completes title tasks, as needed. * Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned. Qualifications * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. * Detail oriented and organized to maintain a high level of accuracy. * Strong math skills and ability to complete financial calculations. * Positive attitude and a team player. * Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure and with time constraints. * Familiar with production environments and month-end and year-end deadlines. * Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and Outlook. * Lending/nancial services background is preferred. * 1+ years of experience of contract admin or related eld, such as accounting, nance, or legal is preferred.
