This role will play a pivotal role in leading new processes and enhancements to support Time-Keeping, Payroll, Benefits, and more.nnHow will you make a difference?nnAs a member of the HR Technology team, you will be responsible for administering, enhancing, and supporting all HR Technology Integrations and should have technical knowledge to do so. Our main IT systems are Workday and UKG/Kronos. The role serves as a technical point of contact for continued maintenance and configuration of modules and will ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and process improvement opportunities. The incumbent will partner with various business stakeholders and be accountable for the overall design and functionality of the applications – Workday and UKG.nnWhat do we want to know about you?nnBachelor’s degree in computer science or "STEM" majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent experiencennMinimum 3+ years’ experience working technically with Workday and preferably Kronos/UKGnn1+ yrs Hands-on experience with time clock setup, maintenance, and troubleshootingnn1+ yrs. Hands-on experience implementing at least one of the following HCM modules: Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, Absence Management (preferably in Workday)nn1+ yrs.
