GDIT is seeking a Program Analyst to help support our DISA client in the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. This position requires the employee to report full-time, onsite.
n
As a Program Analyst, you will perform a variety of general administrative and analytical tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of the Projects Team.
n
HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

?Provide overall support to the program

Assist with employee and subcontractor on-boarding and off-boarding for the program.
n n- n
Submissions and tracking of IT requests.
n n- n
Performs a variety of general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and correspondence in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group, or customer.
n n- n
Compiles various contract, program, and financial data using various database programs, and prepares monthly status reports based on the results.
n n- n
Responsible for input and verification of data; reviews source documents for accuracy of input data; reviews, follows up and resolves errors during processing cycle; may be responsible for integrity of certain database information; investigates questionable data and takes corrective action when necessary; maintains files; generates reports and may analyze specific database information.

Composes and finalizes technical documentation including specifications, user manuals, etc. in the style, content and format required by the relevant standards using input received from technical personnel.

Organizes and maintains all quality assurance and project technical documentation required.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with recognized standards and practices. Reviews all documentation for completeness, accuracy, and correctness.

Must have five years’ experience in composing and producing technical documentation or two-years’ experience in composing and producing technical documentation

Participates in special projects as required.

EDUCATION : Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

YEAR'S EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of related administrative experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).

The likely salary range for this position is $80,125 - $108,405. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
