The Psychiatrist for this role must reside in the state of Alabama
Tapestry Health is in need of a 1099 collaborating physician as required for nurse practitioners under Alabama law. Collaboration required would be occasional conversation/collaboration with a PMHNP at the practice, on an as-needed basis.

• Must have valid Alabama medical license (MD or DO)
• Relevant specialty (primary care, psychiatry)
• Must reside in the state of Alabama
