Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all projects.
• Create and refine company logos, product graphics, and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools to continuously improve design quality and relevance.
• Present and communicate design ideas effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure all design work aligns with the company's visual identity and objectives.

Shift Hours:
-1st Shift - 8:00am to 4:30pm
-Monday - Friday
Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Proficiency in customer service software and tools (CRM systems, live chat platforms, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
