What You'll Be Doing
n
n- Routes : OTR, mainly east of I-35.
n- Mileage : Average 2,000-2,200 miles/week.
n- Freight : No-touch freight to make your job easier.
n- Drop & Hook : 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unloading.
n- Restrictions : No NYC or borough deliveries.

Compensation
n
n- 0-5 Months: $0.57/mile
n- 6-11 Months: $0.58/mile
n- 12-23 Months: $0.60/mile
n- 2-9 Years: $0.62/mile
n- 10+ Years: $0.64/mile

Additional Pay
n
n- Detention: $12.50/hour after 2 hours.
n- Layover/Breakdown: $100/day.
n- Mileage Bonus: 3¢/mile for safe driving (after your first month).
n- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load and $500 after 30 days.
